Sonali Bendre makes a comeback after nine years in ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai… Again.’ Sonali Bendre has been signed to play a pivotal role in Balaji’s sequel to Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai (OUATIM).
In Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai…Again, Sonali plays the character of Mumtaz and the actress is expecting to work with director Milan Luthria. Tanuj Garg (CEO – Balaji Motion Pictures), verified the news by tweeting, “It’s true! The beautiful Sonali Bendre to make her comeback after 9 years in ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai… Again’!”
Sonali Bendre, who featured in various films like Sarfarosh, Duplicate, Zakhm, Hum Saath Saath Hain etc. in the 90′s, took a leave of absence after her marriage to filmmaker Goldie Behl. The actress was last seen in a cameo in Kal Ho Naa Ho.
The film is titled “Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai…Again” also features Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan.
Milan Luthria who directed OUATIM will be directing the film likewise.
