Jism 2 Movie Review – 3.5/5
Jism 2 Movie In Brief
A love story with a twist, high level of drama and erotica, Visually sensational. An intelligence officer ropes in an adult star to get cosy with an subtle assassin, who also happens to be her one-time lover. Randeep Hooda is impressive as the brooding anti-hero, and director Pooja Bhatt makes visual magic with Sri Lanka and Sunny Leone, heading the production design and matters at the helm pulling out a good performance from the debutant better known for other dubious skills in front of the camera, both collectively with great style; the writing is also high prose in portions, with Shagufta Rafique and Mahesh Bhatt coming up with dialogue exchanges in the second half that make us sit up and think.
Jism 2 Movie Story Plot
Sunny Leone as Izna is an adult star who still desires her former lover Kabir (Randeep Hooda), an official turned assassin. So when Izna is informed by intelligence agent Ayan (Arunoday Singh) that Kabir is a serious criminal, who is planning against the country, Izna accepts to use her feminine wiles to set up Kabir and recover certain mystical data in his possession. However, what Izna doesn’t count on is old flames arousing and warning to make her lose herself once again. Whether Izna manages to achieve her mission and come to terms with her mixed up feelings for Ayan and Kabir plays out in the suspenseful second half.
Jism 2 Movie Review Performances
Adult movie Sunny Leone makes her Bollywood debut with this film and the sensual Sunny does bring her dynamism factor to the table with this erotic thriller. Though Sunny succeeds to act averagely, it’s her flirty personality and raw sensuality that will surely take your breath away. As far as the male heros are concerned, Randeep Hooda takes on the role of the worrying and troubled assassin wonderfully, with an style and diction that resonates high drama through the cinema hall, picking at your heart when he longs for lost love, or when he goes about his demons of the past, both personal and professional. Arunoday Singh, who impressed the audiences with his debut movie Yeh Saali Zindagi gives way a decent performance but is overshadowed by Hooda. Singh plays the role of an intelligence agent but looks determined to behave like a love-struck teenager and the way he throws tantrums and sulks when he suspects that Izna might have fallen for Kabir during the course of the mission is accidentally funny. Arif Zakaria as the intelligence unit chief is reasonably good, acting as a conventional high-ranking babu.
Jism 2 Movie Review Direction
As far as the scenes, production design and cinematography go, this Pooja Bhatt directed film comes forth as a winner. However, the movie does decline from a script that is a bit too pat for emotional reasoning. For instance, why would Izna fall so passionately in love with Kabir after a single encounter and land up at his residence with a letter drawn with her blood, a kind of strong reaction for a noble act of the hero. Furthermore, the relationship between Ayan and Izna is not really explored effectively. At one point of time, Ayan is interested in Izna merely for the role that she plays in the mission and the next minute, he is seen weeping pathetically for her and rebelling against his superior officer, which doesn’t come together extremely well. However, Pooja deserves full marks for exhibiting Sunny Leone the way she has and the titillating quotient in the movie has an unquestionable appeal. The sensual scenes between Sunny and Randeep and the twist in the climax are the spotlights of the film, but trueness of this film is its visible richness and sophistication, making all the lingerie and skin versus the scene of Rajasthan and Sri Lanka look A-one and never stooping to indecency for pure excitement, a true achievement for a highly erotic film of this genre. A creative film that should address a change in morality standards of Indian cinema, introducing sensuality and aesthetical erotica in place of crass vulgarism in the pretext of double-meaning lyrics paired with offensive hip-thrusting dance item numbers.

Jism 2 Movie Review Final Word
Jism 2 is a visual treat that is a must-see, extravagant on some drama and erotica, and in the end analysis, it is a thriller with a heart-turning love story at its core. Sunny’s dynamism factor is high, for those out there who go to see her, well, you will also not be disappointed for sure.
