Sunny leone actress of the much talked about Bollywood film ‘Jism 2’ was brought up in a conservative Punjabi family. But Sunny’s journey from being the girl-next-door to an adult movie star has been quite interesting.
Sunny Leone while talking to a popular entertainment website, narrated her path from being Karen Malhotra to what she is at present. Sunny recounted how as a sneaky teenager, she came upon a DVD of an adult movie in her Punjabi home in Canada but as soon as she saw the video, she rapidly turned it off and held it back for fear of being caught.
A couple of years later, at the age of 19, Sunny again saw an adult movie with her friends. Here is what sunny says of the experience: “It was interesting with young people, all inside a house playing games and running around naked. It was cool!”
Sunny worked at a bakery and a tax and retirement firm, for some extra pocket money. When their family moved to the US, she did two years of college before she became the Penthouse Pet of the Year in 2003. After that some modeling assignments were offered to her and then suddenly, she got a proposal from an ‘agent’ for doing adult movies.
Sunny Leone quickly agreed to do adult films as the potential of earning more income tempted her. However, she felt that sleeping with random people was a difficult job. She christened herself as Sunny since it sounded fun while ex-editor of Penthouse suggested her to change her second name to Leone.
Sunny did not care for the world for her conscious decision to enter the adult movie sector, but she was concerned for her parents. When she expressed her decision to take up adult movies to them, her family was shocked but they did not disown her or stopped communicating with her. But after some time, they did accept her choice.
Sunny also mentioned in the interview that she does not have even a single adult movie DVD at her US home and no one can ever find out what she does for a living.
Sunny swears that she is not apologetic for her profession and has acknowledged the way she is!
