Censor Board’s A certificate for Heroine

Kareena Kapoor  Censor Boards A certificate for HeroineHeroine” Madhur Bhandarkar’s most ambitious project, starring Kareena Kapoor, has got an A certificate from the Censor Board.

Madhur Bhandarkar said that the film “Heroine” is roughly based on the reality behind the world of glitz and glamour, and that he was expecting an A certificate from the Censor Board.

He tweeted on his twitter page “As expected got a “A” certificate from the censor board. Countdown begins for the launch of the poster and promo of “Heroine.”

“Heroine” earlier ran into trouble when the then actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan pulled back of the project because of her pregnancy after shooting some scenes.

Bhandarkar later on roped in Kareena Kapoor for the role.

Bhandarkar is known for his reality inspired movies like “Chandni Bar”, “Page 3″, “Satta”, “Corporate” and “Fashion”.

Arjun Rampal is also part of the film and the movie is expected to release in the theatres on September 14.
